Love this recipe!! Don’t always get to make the fritters. Leftovers are just as good!! And super healthy, minus the fritters:)

The fritters were good ,the burger was flavourful although I went beef and pork for the patties, the Gouda is a necessary component, also added a egg to help it stick together

This is my favorite hamburger recipe. Only change I make is that I add one egg to the hamburger mix & that makes the patties hold together better. We don’t always do the corn fritters.

It was ok. Too much seasoning for one pound of meat for our liking. Corn fritters needed a little kick. Not sure I would make again. Pictures looked amazing but mine didn’t turn out quite the same

These burgers were absolutely the BEST! I used ground pork, chorizo and bacon instead of ground chicken. Everyone raves over them.

My husband couldn't believe this was a turkey burger, it was very moist. The flavor was great! We just made the mayo with some of the adobo sauce not the full recipe. My husband can't do corn so we left those off and it was still an awesome burger!!
