    I slightly adjusted the recipe and doubled it, but it turned out amazing! It was really delicious and I will definitely be making it again (and again and again...)! It was quite easy to make as well.

    Best lentil soup ever!!!! I followed the recipe almost exactly and it was just the right amount of everything :) Only difference is I didn’t use frozen ingredients but rather canned. Highly recommend it!

    I was amazed at how good this recipe turned out! I added spinach and celery on top of the original recipe at the end. I also blended 2 cups, but next time I'll probably blend 3 cups for a thicker stew.

    This was really good! I added some red pepper flakes for just a touch of heat, Along with frozen veggies (corn, green and sweet peas). Perfect!

    Delicious! Made as directed, but added more least three cups. Because they were fresh and I didn't want to cook them separately, I added them after I pureed the two cups, and then cooked them long enough to make them tender. My veggies were: fresh corn, fresh green beans, peas, and Latino Kale. Definitely would make again. Loved the smoked paprika in it.

    Great soup! I used regular paprika but added liquid hickory smoke to the onions while cooking, and a bit while simmering. Used frozen green beans, zucchini & red pepper medley for my vegetables. I don’t know how, but the soup tastes a bit cheesy - and I’m NOT complaining! Will add this to my soup rotation.
