- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. dressing (pistachio butter, recipe follows)
- oil (a drizzle of smoked)
- 5 garlic cloves (black, **, peeled, and cut into small pieces)
- roasted salted pistachios (a handful of whole)
- 2 cups greens (like arugula, or spring mix, optional)
- 1 pinch canela (optional)
- 2 cups roasted salted pistachios (shelled.)
- 1 tsp. chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (substitue with dry chipotle chili powder)
- salt (a pinch of extra)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
