- seasoning (Griddle, recommended: Montreal Steak Seasoning)

- extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup brown mustard (spicy)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped, or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 4 toasted (crusty baps, split, lightly)
- red leaf lettuce (or Green, for topping)
- bread and butter pickles (Sliced sweet, for topping)
