- 1 1/4 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano (chopped)
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
- avocado (sliced)
- jalapeños (sliced)
- sour cream
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- tortilla strips (or chips)
- fresh cilantro (minced)
