Amazing! Mine was at about 250-275 degrees came out perfect. Rub was a bit peppery for the kids but I loved it. Very simple and came out like prime. This is now one of our go to recipes. Also, if you do two tri-tips, and don’t eat one, use the other one for sandwiches.
