  • 13.5 ounces Johnsonville® Smoked Sausage (cut into ½” slices, halved)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup green pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    this was tasty, but I'm not sure it can be called pilaf. I wanted fast, easy, and tasty. that's what I got.

    Good, quick, and easy weeknight meal for a family of six. This meal was really good. I would definitely make it again.
