Simple and good. I used a house made sausage from a local butcher (no nitrates or nitrites added). Also salted and peppered the veggies before adding, and tossed in a few crushed garlic cloves. Garnished with fresh cut cilantro. Was fast and easy. Would make again.

So easy and yummy! Did it without the rice for this time, but will add when we eat it again!

I added about a Tbsp of minced garlic and a few shakes of Lawrys Seasoned Salt and cut back on the red pepper flake to a couple shakes (my family doesn’t handle spice very well). I also used basmati rice cuz it’s what I had on hand. It was easy and tasted excellent!

Absolutely amazing, cooked everything together in a saucepan for 20 mins after I blackened the sausage. Using zatarans jumbalya rice, it turned out perfect

Changed the whole thing LOL
I guess it should be a different recipe.
I wanted a taste of the Island, so I added in Gullah Spices when I added the rice
(and extra garlic /onion powder)
Cut kielbasa, cooked until just browned
Added in chopped onion,
Then sliced bell pepper,
While it was doing that I instant potted some brown rice until it was almost done,
Added in the rice w a quarter cup of water with all my spices, including some red pepper flakes, and homemade rhubarb jam!
Covered it and let it finish cooking..
Perfect! Reminds me of visiting Gullah / island life.

Easy to make. Really tasty. Like a really healthy jambalaya minus a few ingredients. Will make this again!

Very tasty. Really simple to make. Used Polish smoked sausage, which was lovely. Could have done with more rice (I had unwittingly bought a pre-cooked rice so I had underestimated the quantity based on cooked not dry weight).

Turns out great, very simple recipe. I added double meat and bell pepper.
