Made it tonight and it was delicious!! Did add some corn for extra veggies. Definitely going to make regularly now.

Excellent! I made this without the broccoli, without the butter, and cooked the jasmine rice in chicken broth. It will now be in our regular rotation!

I made the regular version for the kids and the keto version for my huzzy and myself. I added the tiny bit of cream i had left in the fridge and it tastes delicious.

Awesome: quick and tasty. Used pepperjack cheese.I had no red pepper, but I would have added it if I had some.

This was very easy to make. I made my rice in chicken broth and added a little jalapeño juice. Very good, the family said they definitely want this again

I made this recipe today so good! Used chorizo sausage and chicken knorr for extra seasoning! Will make again!

Tasty in most ways, though I felt like it needed more flavor, maybe flavored rice. I added chili flakes and sriracha sauce. Used two different sausages: smoked garlic and Cajun. Overall it was still pretty good, and it fed me, but it could be better.

This was super tasty and easy! I used yellow rice because if you have an opportunity to use yellow rice you always should! :D Would make again! My rice was a tad mushy but I'm fairly certain that's operator error.

I thought it would be good but I had no idea it was gonna be THAT good!! I didn't have any broccoli so I used some fresh green beans I had in the fridge. It ended up being an excellent choice. I'd go so far as saying it probably works just as well as broccoli if not better. The pic is before the rice and cheese.

GREAT. CHANGES WE MADE WERE DOUBLE THE RICE AND MORE CHEESE. ONLY TWO OF US SO WE HAVE ENOUGH FOR 3 MORE MEALS. GREAT RECIEPE

It was delicious and very flavorful! I used a combination of petite red and orange peppers(totaling 6) and a Roasted Garlic Smoked Turkey Sausage. I was very colorful. My choice of rice was Jasmine which kept the dish together well. We will definitely make again!#lessthan30meal

Used a garlic chicken kielbasa which added a mild flavor!!! Easy dish and the fam loved it!

Beautiful, colorful dish that is filling. Added a sauce to kick up the flavor a little, but will definitely make again and again.

I skipped the onions because my boyfriend hates the texture (added some onion powder to the sausages while they cooked and tossed in some Newman's Own Oil and Vinegar because I ran out of olive oil haha!) I also added half a cup of mozzarella to the sharp which I recommend if it's not cheesy enough. It heats up beautifully and I'm enjoying it now for lunch. I will definitely make it again!
