  • 2 pizza bases (11 inch)
  • 1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce (spicy)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 squid (small, cleaned, cut into thin rings)
  • 3 1/2 ounces smoked salmon (cut into thick strips)
  • 1 1/2 ounces pizza cheese (reduced-fat, grated)
  • 1/2 red onion (medium, halved, thinly sliced)
  • 3 1/2 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 1 red chili (fresh long, deseeded, thinly sliced)
  • lemon wedges (to serve)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly grease 2 pizza trays. Place bases on prepared trays. Spread pasta sauce evenly over each base. Bake for 10 mins, or until light golden brown.
    2. Top with tomatoes, squid, salmon, pizza cheese, onion and feta. Bake for 8-10 mins, or until squid is cooked through and bases are crispy. Sprinkle with parsley and chili. Cut into wedges and serve with lemon wedges.
