  • 300 grams smoked salmon (in long slices)
  • 1 mango (thinly sliced)
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams walnuts (chopped)

    Directions

    1. Spread the cream cheese on the smoked salmon and sprinkle with walnuts. Layer the mango over the walnuts.
    2. Place a layer of lamb’s lettuce on one of the long edges with the stems inside the roll and the tops extending beyond it.
    3. Roll up each salmon slice and place on a platter to serve.
