  • 4 ounces smoked salmon (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons chives (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    1. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, lemon juice and salt.
    2. Transfer to a mixing bowl, and fold in the smoked salmon and chives.
