- 2 Tbsp. chives (minced)
- 1/4 cup Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 3 Tbsp. capers (chopped)
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

Directions
- Place the cream cheese, salt and pepper in a food processor and mix until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a large bowl and fold in onion, chives, tomatoes, capers and egg.
