- 3 pkg. smoked salmon (Steves Hot, you can use any smoked salmon, but this is the best)

A winner! I used rotini and added some frozen spinach (1/2 c or so) as the sauce cooked and saved the parsley for garnish. I might try half-and-half instead of cream next time. Used regular cooked salmon since it was on hand, but am intrigued by the Steve’s...thanks for the link!

I didn’t have the recommended Steve’s smoked salmon, but if I had I’m sure I’d have rated it a 5 star!
I’ve been using Whole Foods hot smoked and couldn’t be happier!
Also had to substitute coconut cream in lieu of heavy cream as my girl is lactic intolerant. Worked just fine!
