    A friend of ours is a fisherman and every year he gives me a smoked salmon and fresh. My husband and kids don't like it so I was looking for ways to use it. A popular breakfast restaurant in town makes something similar to this, but uses hollandaise sauce. I enjoyed making it myself especially since I know what is in it. Very tasty!
