- pork shoulder
- bbq rub (your favorite)
- mustard
- apple cider vinegar

Directions
- Rub down the pork shoulder with mustard prior to seasoning liberally with your favorite BBQ rub.
- Smoke pork at 250 degrees until it hits 190 degrees internal.
- When pork reaches 190 degrees, take a probe and slide it into the pork shoulder at different spots to check for tenderness.
