This is my favorite food to cook period I found this recipe by accident and the wife talked me into trying it. I had never smoked meat before but now that I have made this many times (using the AMAZING dry rub recipe that I always have a jar of it on hand) I can say that you need to try this. I usually cook for 12-14hrs and the wait is worth it!!!
