- 4 smoked pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dijon (style mustard)
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. ground sage
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Directions
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops on both sides (2-3 minutes per side), remove from pan and set aside, keep warm. In small bowl stir together remaining ingredients and add to pan, cooking and stirring until slightly thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Add chops back to pan, turn chops to coat both sides with sauce, and simmer gently to heat through, about 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.
