- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. salt (hickory)
- 1 Tbsp. msg (optional)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 pork butt (approximately 5 pounds)
