- 1 pink grapefruit
- 2 mackerel (smoked peppered, 230g, skin peeled off and flesh flaked with a fork)
- 1 packet salad leaves (mixed, I used rocket and beetroot leaves)
- 1 Tbsp. grapefruit juice
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (leaves, finely chopped)
