- 2 shallots (large, chopped)
- 1 leek (large, washed & cut into rings)
- 1 large carrot (peeled & diced)
- 15 baby corn (washed & chopped)
- 15 new potatoes (baby, washed, & chopped, I leave the skin on for extra flavour)
- 1 handful fresh thyme (washed & leaves removed)
- 2 bayleaves (fresh)
- 1 bunch fresh flat leaf parsley (washed & roughly)
