Yes i modified it a little, i had a 15 pound brisket, so i tried to triple the recipie. I like mine a little spicier so I added in more chile powder.
Next time i plan to add some more heat to the brine and make the outside a little sweeter. Everone else, about 12 folks enjoyed it.
