    I used a 3-2-1 rub (3 parts pepper, 2 parts salt, and 1 part garlic powder) as the base rub for the ribs. My ribs were on the grill around 300 degrees for about 2&1/2 hours and were pulled off at 190 degrees. REALLY REALLY tasty!
