i end up making this and putting guacamole instead of avodaco and it was amazing with Salas topped off

Delicious I added a little oregano to the mix and gave it a little kick. I will definitely make this again!

my omelet tasted wonderful and I loved the flavor that the salt and pepper added. I couldn't believe how healthy it was. who needs yolk when you can add avocado?
