- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 3/4 lb. chicken (cut into serving pieces)
- 3 cups red onion (chopped)
- 1 jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Directions
- Heat olive oil in deep 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken in batches. Remove chicken to paper towel-lined plate. Cook onions in same skillet, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in Pasta Sauce and vinegar. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer covered over medium-low heat 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Remove chicken to serving platter, then cover with aluminum foil. Simmer sauce, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Season, if desired, with salt, pepper and additional vinegar.
