- 1 onion (cut in fourths)
- whole wheat buns (for serving)
- 3/4 cup ketchup (reduced sugar)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha (Rooster Sauce, I would use 3 T but you may want to taste before you add that much)
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice (unsweetened, buy a small can and freeze the extra)
- 1/4 cup agave nectar (raw, or if you want a sauce with less sugar, use Splenda or Stevia Granulated)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- garlic powder (1 tsp.)
- 2 avocados (medium sized)
- 1 lime juice (t fresh-squeezed)
- chile powder (1/2 tsp.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or vege-sal)
- 2 tsp. green onion (finely chopped)
