Is really tasty make sure you put some good colour on chorizo and onions and peppers etc and I put some colour on chicken I used whole grain rice the whole dinner was really delicious as there is only two of us we eat half and freeze half it freezes very well as well

My rice won’t cook, did I need to cook the rice beforehand ?
Please help , any suggestions people ??

Definitely needed to be on medium to be done in 1.5-2 hours, and way too many peas - was halved.

i left out the chorizo and threw in a chilli for a syn free slimming world version. the rice went very soft and this was like a fluffy chicken paella
