This is excellent. Did not stray much from recipe. Put spices in the blender for the rub and that seemed to work fine. Also, had a smaller cut of pork. Would have cooked it at 300 for the full time if I could go back. Served with roasted carrots, potatoes, and apple. Excellent pairing.
