This was an excellent starter recipe. I used the lemon, but used a roasted garlic & herb seasoning for more flavor and let it sit in the fridge overnight before cooking it. It took about 3 hours to cook a 5.5 lb duck. i flipped it over halfway through

Excellent. Used the convection oven the last 30 minutes on 450. It browned up nicely
