The recipe was nice and simple. It was okay. Not as much flavor that I thought the slow cooking would add. It was kinda bland and needed add-in toppings to be yummy.

I have used this recipe for a long time and double it and share it with friends who just love it as I do!! By the way, I add fresh grated ginger to it as well.
