- 1 whole onion (halved and sliced)

- 1 cup fresh pineapple (cut into chunks)
- 1 head broccoli (cut into large pieces)
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 pkg. rice noodles (pad thai, prepared according to package)
- 1 Tbsp. white sesame seeds (optional garnish)
