it was pretty good but as everyone else states the recipe wont make a soup. as is this turns into a risotto. after reading the comments i was cognizant of that fact, but even after more than doubling the veggie stock. it was still a risotto. tasted not bad but would not make again.

Definitely came out more as a risotto but super good! After all cooked I added olive oil, red pepper, a little extra garlic, and salt and it was delicious!

Mine turned out as a very tasty risotto!! Not sure if I got the measurements wrong!! But it tastes good and I'd make it again with more stock and less rice!
