The flavor is out of this world! I love these ingredients and it wasn't too difficult to make this dish. But I think next time I will cook the squash longer, and cook the other veggies before mixing them in. The peppers and celery were a little too crunchy for my liking. Will definitely be making this again!

This turned out great! My husband is very skeptical of slow cooker meals but absolutely loved this dish. I loved how quick the preparation was. Simple but very tasty.
