My go to for Thanksgiving! It’s so juicy and flavorful and the entire family loves it!

So good! Made for Thanksgiving. I doubled the carrots and celery and used the gravy "as is" in the slow cooker, except for removing the skin. Also, I did not use any salt other than what was in the chicken broth.

Amazing!
This easy recipe was exactly what was needed for a pandemic Thanksgiving. Used two 3 lb boneless, skinless turkey breasts. Turkey was tender and flavorful. Gravy was yummy. Will definitely be making more turkey breasts in the Crock pot!
Thank you so much, Mel!

I was surprised that it wasn't dry. It seemed overcooked and wasn't. 5 hours for an 8lb turkey breast. My problem was with the spices. I was warned against using too much salt and ultimately, it was bland as could be. Boring. I learned I don't like traditional TG turkey spices also. Needs something more zippy. More pepper and garlic for sure. Double those and add more salt and it would be much better.
It was easy. The sauce for the gravy was equally boring, spice-wise. So for those who want a more interesting turkey, use more interesting spices.
