I cooked my onions first in olive oil and added garlic powder, complete seasoning, black pepper and a little seasoning salt. Then added my meat and more seasoning of garlic powder, complete seasoning, steak seasoning and Italian seasoning. After it cooked overnight for about 10 hours I added a little sugar to help with the acidity from the tomatoes and I only used one large can of diced tomatoes and 14oz can of diced tomatoes seasoned with garlic, thyme, and oregano. It was perfect!I
