- 4 cloves garlic (or more to taste.)
- 1/2 tsp. thyme (dried crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1/2 cup cream (or Half and Half)
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mashed potato flakes (If needed to thicken sauce)
