We made this for Thanksgiving… we took the risk of using whole turkey breast (~6lb) - placed it meat on top bone side at bottom. It took about 4 hrs (90 mins on high - remaining in low). I added 2 tbs of mustard seeds to the spices. Spices all around the turkey including under the skin where able to do it. Breast did not release much liquids, but enough to prepare a nice gravy. I would reduce the salt a little next time. As I was estimating 7 hrs cooking it, I took it out, wrapped on aluminium foil to keep the moist in until dinner time. I unwrapped it about 20 mins before dinner and broiled it. We got a nice crispy brown skin, moist inside. Great easy to make recipe and everybody loved it.
