Loved the soup but wasn’t cheesy enough with what the recipe called for so I added maybe a half cup more! So delicious

Turned out great, if you make it in a pot and not a slow cooker like i did, ensure that the pot does not simmer or bubble when you add the cheese, heat must be on low. If you add the cheese and then boil it the cheese will denature and the soup will become grainy and watery. I also just used fresh broccoli florets.

Wow! Delicious!! Modification- added halved spaghetti noodles the last 30 minutes. Amazing flavor and noodles give a nice texture

Definitely needs to be cooked longer to soften the broccoli, good taste, would recommend adding chicken to it.

Came out runny and the broccoli was a little hard, but other than that it was good. I would suggest longer cook time
