This is delicious and easy. I added green onions, snow peas, 2 small jalapenos, grated ginger & red pepper flakes. Served over rice noodles. Will make again.

This is so good and so simple! I can’t believe how creamy with no dairy of any kind…used a red bell pepper, was it supposed to be a spicy one? Added 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes and it was just spicy enough.

Easy and well enjoyed! Made some on the fly modifications: used the remainder of our PB (extra crunchy btw, great play) so it was a little bit more than 2/3c, used about 1.5-2c chicken broth bc I love broth.

It was a bit watery. The taste was ok- I used natural peanut butter, maybe not the best choice? I don’t think I’d make again.

delicious, easy. i didn't have red pepper. I used red pepper powder instead. also I used chicken broth cube, so I added a cup of water. For a better result try to make the chicken pieces small.😋😋😋😋😋😋
