My family loved it! I used Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce and, instead of jalapeno powder, I used a dash of cajun. Would definitely make it again!

made a half recipe for dinner, stirred in baby brussels sprouts for last half hour. next time I would try a touch of sesame oil and sweet chili thai sauce with the bbq sauce, because I like it a lottlw sweeter but also so that I don't have to do any extra shopping. Also my DH brought home crushed pineapple instead of chunks. But will definitely try again.

Excellent! Very easy to make. I couldnt find Jalopeno powder at my local store, so substituted 1 whole Jalopeno. Turned out great!
