I know this got top reviews but My family and I thought these were awful. They were not fall off the bone tender and they were very dry. I followed the recipe to the tee. I consider myself a pretty good cook and can judge when I need to make adjustments. I made no adjustments. I did watch these cooking in the crockpot to make sure they were cooking ok. At 7 hours, they were tough as nails, so I let cook a little longer but not much because I was afraid they would dry out. I did add some additional sauce. Nothing helped. You are welcome to try. But I don’t recommend.

My family really loved these, they were so tender and full of flavor. My fiancé took them to work the next day and they were just as good. We will make again for sure.

I used this recipe today as the Main course for our Fathers Day meal. It came out obsoletely amazing. Everyone loved them. Fall off the bone tender and the flavor was just excellent. My only regret is that I didn't make more and that my mouth isn't bigger. Thank you for sharing this yummy goodness with the rest of the world.
