A pretty tasty stew, it was easy to throw together on a weeknight. Definitely a good way to use up extra pulled pork. I did omit the cornmeal as a thickening agent. Topped with cheese.

It turned out good. Added a bit of lime juice (1/8 cup) to enhance the flavor. Good thing about this soup is that you can top it with many things.
