minor tweaking I used hunts tomato sauce few. seasonings garlic, onion powder, black pepper as stated I used a skillet, made sauce separate first to tweak taste added an extra spoon of brown sugar, one and half tsp of mustard same as directed for the Worcestershire sauce.. separately sauteed the onion and bell pepper added the fresh garlic towards end to prevent burning used sweet baby rays bbq sauce everything was good yum
