I changed up a few items on the recipe - I did not have sesame seed oil, and honestly already had intended on not using it. I used refined coconut oil, which added almost the same value - and since my partner and I are coconut lovers, this actually worked out well. I could have probably had a few more drumsticks to the recipe, but who doesn’t love themselves some extra sauce?! My “small pan” actually was a bit larger, so bear in mind what you have as a “small pan.” We did the 2-4hr slow cook, as I was determined to have these for dinner - at 21:00, but it was worth every second.
