Ended up mushy. Not sure if it's because of the frozen hash browns or something else. I also expected the eggs to bake and be more solid, but they weren't even noticeable.
Next day after chilling them into a "loaf" I sliced it like bread and pan fried it. That was good.

Came out great. I tweaked it a bit - added 1/2 a red and green bell pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of ground mustard and crushed red pepper flakes. Wife and kid enjoyed it. Next time gonna try chorizo and jalapenos
