Very easy and delicious. Made it the night before to let flavors meld. Toasted white corn tortillas on the stove burner. Served with a poblano and red pepper coleslaw. Black bean and corn salad. I had a lot of juice left in the crockpot so I reduced the liquid on the stove, then added chicken when getting ready to serve. Great for a crowd.

This turned out amazing! Of course I modified it. So for the chili verde I used a brand called Del Rey that I got from Costco. But I’m sure you can use anyone you like or make your own. As far as the chicken broth I didn’t have any in my kitchen and I didn’t use beer cause I’m expecting so I made my own. I got the 12 oz of water and added 2 TBS of Knor. That’s the key (Knor) changes everything! As for the rest of the ingredients I left out. I’m not a fan of cumin and the salsa already had pepper. When it was done it was tender and so flavorful. I made tacos, nachos, enchiladas, @ tortas with it.

It was okay. Just okay. Expected more flavor but the second night leftovers had full flavor. So making ahead of time would be a keeper since it’s quick and easy

I've made this several times now and it consistently turns out delicious! Super easy, definitely recommend making the pickled onions, and I used GF beer.

Huge hit in my household. I made avocado salad as well for the tacos and topped with sour cream...so good. Even my picky 7-year-old loved them!

These were pretty good! Love the idea of making tacos in the crock pot. Husband came home and was salivating at just the smell of them!

I make this every couple weeks! it’s soooo good, i put it on a whole grain tortilla with greek yogurt, cilantro and a little bit of melted cheese. a healthy alternative to an american taco!

So easy and so delicious! And they taste even better as leftovers as all the flavors really soak in.

Really easy to make and extremely tasty even though I didn't have enough cumin. Will definitely make again.

Awesome. Use low sodium chicken broth & don't add extra salt. Sodium content is too high in recipe.

I used salsa verde from a jar instead of homemade and it was still delicious. I also used corn tortillas and heated them on the stove.

Awesome addition to my recipes. Delicious, healthy and simple!!! What else can I ask?
I only use half habanero to keep it mild as my kids don't like it too spicy.

Family loved this. I served over shredded lettuce with black beans. I mixed ranch and salsa verde for the dressing
