This was amazing in every way. I usually don’t care for roast and even I loved this one! Will make again!

The beef just fell apart , although the gravy was nice I did find it too rich for me

I won't be afraid to buy or cook a beef roast again. For the most part I followed the recipe. I didn't have Worcestershire sauce so I had to leave it out. I skipped the step of adding and partially cooking the vegetables in the pan that was used to sear the roastI used flour to thicken the gravy because that is my preference. Next time I would leave out the tomato puree, again because I prefer not to use it. Overall, the meat was fall apart tender and flavouful and I will definitely make it again.
