Yummy but may want to check at 3 hours and definitely don't cook more than 3.5 hours. Also when doubling up on the recipe may want add a whole cup of pumpkin, 1.5 teaspoon of all the spices instead of 1 teaspoon and maybe six tablespoons of brown sugar and butter as well. My mom also wants to try Gala apples instead for a more crisp texture.

This was delicious with ice cream. I sprinkled pecans on top, which really made them extra yummy. I didn't have a crock pot so I put them in a glass 8x8 baking dish & covered with foil. Baked for 45 min at 300 degrees. Hubby loved this.
