Great recipe. Didn’t make the slaw and I kept it in the crock pot on warm after I pulled it apart. Added some BBQ sauce (1/4 cup) for sweetness.

I got nothing but complements from the pork part of this recipe at a family gathering. Didn't make the coleslaw. Even a couple days later, it's till making good sandwiches. Time to pack up the rest for elderly neighbors! Thanks for the recipe Merry About Town.

Pulled pork turned out very well. I adjusted the coleslaw recipe. Used less sugar and used just mayo, no sour cream.
