This was pretty good! A little sweet, but delicious. I only wish the sauce thickened up more on its own. Lots of left overs, which is a good problem to have. Maybe next time I’ll use 2 pounds of tenderloin and adjust the rest of the recipe. We served this with coleslaw and pickles on toasted Hawaiian hamburger rolls.
